Payment
To provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience, you may make payments using our PayPal shopping cart or by calling me at (406) 651-0406 with your Visa/Mastercard or Discover information. When you use PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Shipping
Shipping is available to the continental USA only. All shipping is $2.00 and mails First Class USPS (unless otherwise noted in product description.) You may request Priority Mail which generally costs $4.60 plus insurance ($1.65 below $50, $2.05 below $100, $2.45 below $200). When using PayPal please use the comment box in the payment window to tell me that you prefer Priority Mail. |
Customer Service
For your shopping convenience, my catalog is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions, please contact me via email (preferred) or call me 9-5 MST (8-4 PST, 10-6 CST, 11-7 EST) Mon- Fri. at (406) 651-0406. You may need to leave a phone number with area code and a short message. I apologize in advance but most work in the studio does not lend itself to stopping and starting.
Sending Gifts
Since every piece of our jewelry is custom designed and handcrafted, they make wonderful gifts for those you care about. If you want to send a gift, please follow these shipping instructions when you checkout. You can also write me a note in the "Gift Instructions" box at the bottom of your payment window. |

Returns
Please let me know within a week of receiving the package that you'd like to return it (exceptions made of course for Christmas, gifts, and with prior approval). It needs to be sent back to me within two weeks of receiving it. You will need to send it insured and packaged the way you received it, at your expense. If received in a timely manner, with tags, and not worn, you will be refunded. I am happy to send you email responses and pictures to any questions prior to your orders. I realize monitor colors may not always be accurate, details may not be clear, and there may be other concerns I have not anticipated. So, please ask your questions (e-mails are so easy!) |
